We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read below for our returns and refund policy depending on the product type.
📥 Digital PDF Manuals (Downloads)
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds on PDF manuals once they have been downloaded.
However, we will provide a full refund or replacement if:
- The file is incorrect (wrong model)
- The file is damaged or won’t open
- You accidentally purchased multiple copies of the same manual
If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@sewingmachinemanuals.co.uk.
📦 Printed Manuals
If you’ve ordered a printed manual and something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.
We accept returns or replacements if:
- Your manual arrives damaged
- The wrong manual was delivered
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation
- Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item (if possible)
We may ask that the item be returned to us or our print provider. Return shipping may be covered depending on the issue.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for printed manuals simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model — so please double-check your machine model before purchasing.
⏱️ Processing Time for Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s issued.
